Delhi HC says eviction of Delhi Gymkhana Club must follow law, refuses interim order against govt
The Delhi High Court has ruled that the Delhi Gymkhana Club will only be evicted from its land in Lutyens Delhi according to legal procedures and with prior notification. The Land and Development Office had previously asked the club to vacate the premises by June 5, citing the need for defence infrastructure.
