Delhi HC refuses PIL by Congress to direct reopening of CBSE class 12 re-evaluation portal
The Delhi High Court has declined to order the reopening of the CBSE portal for re-evaluation of class 12 answer sheets. The court stated that reopening the portal would delay the entire result declaration process. Individual students can approach the court if aggrieved. The Solicitor General informed the court that over 1.67 lakh students have already requested re-evaluation.
