Over the five trading sessions ending June 25, the Sensex fell 0.40%, or 310 points, to close at 77,100, despite registering gains in three of those five sessions. Even as the benchmark ended lower, around 20 stocks in the BSE Smallcap Index advanced in each of the five consecutive sessions between June 19 and 25.
