CJI administers oath of office to five new SC judges, strength rises to 37
Five new judges have taken oath as Supreme Court judges. Chief Justice of India Surya Kant administered the oath. The Supreme Court now has 37 judges, the highest ever. This follows an increase in the sanctioned strength to 38.
