US Interior Secretary Doug Burgam told CNN’s Dana Bash that the country’s 250th birthday celebration is a “nonpartisan event,” one day after President Donald Trump suggested replacing artists who have pulled out of the Freedom 250 concert series with a “Make America Great Again” rally.
