The West Bengal BJP will not project a chief ministerial candidate for the upcoming assembly polls. Party president Samik Bhattacharya announced votes will be sought in the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his development agenda. The BJP aims to challenge Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee directly.
