Bengaluru, India's IT capital, has highest dowry-related cases among metro cities: NCRB report
Bengaluru leads metropolitan cities in dowry-related cases with 878 incidents reported in 2024, accounting for 87% of metro cases. Delhi, however, continues to record the highest number of dowry deaths for the fifth consecutive year, with 109 cases reported in the same period.
